─── Program Overview

Water, Sanitation, Hygiene and Health (WASHH)

The WASHH program promotes safe water access, improved sanitation, menstrual hygiene management, and healthy environments in rural and peri-urban communities. The program works through schools, community structures and local authorities to strengthen hygiene practices and reduce illness, especially among women and children.

Why WASHH Matters

Access to safe drinking water and improved sanitation has a direct impact on the health and wellbeing of rural households. By focusing on community structures, school systems and marginalized groups, WASHH helps reduce waterborne diseases and improves dignity and participation for women and girls.

Support our efforts to improve water access, sanitation and hygiene in underserved communities.
