The Fifty Fifty Initiative for Development (FFID) has launched an inspiring annual award scheme dubbed “Achievers Beyond Barriers” to recognize and celebrate the Best Performing BECE Students across its beneficiary schools.

The initiative seeks to motivate students, promote academic excellence, and support brilliant learners to pursue higher education with confidence. During the award ceremony, outstanding students who demonstrated exceptional dedication and resilience in their studies were honored with mattresses, school bags, books, calculators, and other essential learning materials to ease their transition into senior high school.

Parents expressed joy and appreciation to FFID for the timely support, noting that the gesture has reduced their financial burden while encouraging their children to aim higher academically.

According to FFID’s Executive Director, the award scheme forms part of the organization’s broader effort to promote education, empower young learners, and nurture a culture of excellence within its project communities.

The “Achievers Beyond Barriers” initiative has already boosted students’ confidence, strengthened their commitment to learning, and inspired academic improvement among their peers reaffirming FFID’s dedication to ensuring that no child is left behind in the pursuit of education and personal growth.
