Today, Fifty Fifty Initiative for Development (FFID) engaged stakeholders in Gingaani Community in the Kumbungu District to explore the challenges affecting children’s education and identify possible solutions.
The engagement encouraged stakeholders to look beyond the visible challenges and examine the underlying root causes that contribute to barriers to children’s education. Through open discussions and shared perspectives, participants reflected on the realities experienced by children, families, schools, and the wider community.
This approach reinforces an important principle of Community-Led Development (CLD): sustainable solutions begin with a deeper understanding of the lived experiences, needs, and perspectives of the people most affected.
At FFID, we remain committed to working alongside communities and stakeholders to identify locally driven solutions that can create lasting improvements in children’s education and wellbeing.
