In commemoration of the International Day of the Girl Child, FFID joined and supported the Ghana TVET Service in promoting girls’ empowerment, education, and equal opportunities.
The activity, organised by Madam Rafia Tahiru, Regional Gender Desk Officer of the Ghana TVET Service, brought together girls from various technical and vocational institutions for a public awareness float and advocacy session.
The initiative provided an opportunity to amplify the voices of girls, raise awareness about their rights, and highlight the importance of technical and vocational education in equipping them with practical skills for a brighter and more independent future.
At FFID, we believe every girl deserves the opportunity to learn, develop her talents, acquire skills, and reach her full potential, regardless of her background.
Empowered girls. Skilled futures. Equal opportunities.
